This tab provides access to both the database stored historical job monitoring data and an Microsoft Excel Sheet which helps you to run more detailed analysis of the monitoring data. Please see the Sheet itself to understand how to import download monitoring data for the analysis.

Download Protocol Data
By clicking the Download Protocol Data button, users can download a detailed overview about all monitoring requests of a job and corresponding service qualities (e.g. service response time) as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file.
The monitoring history covers that period which has been defined during the installation process of service.monitor and contains detailed information about all monitoring requests of a service.
