Customize the map.apps Landing Page

map.apps allows to customize its landing page. The landing page appears if a users accesses https://<yourserver>/mapapps in his browser.

By default it is a copy of the app overview typically provided under https://<yourserver>/mapapps/resources/apps.

To provide a custom landing page change file %TOMCAT%\webapps\mapapps\index.html. This file can either be edited or overwritten by a custom file.

  • The app overview hosted under https://<yourserver>/mapapps/resources/apps is not affected by changing the map.apps landing page.

  • After updating map.apps, these modifications have to be applied again.
