What’s New

map.apps 4 ermöglicht das Erstellen von 3D Kartenen. Dabei können 2D Karteninhalte auf ein Geländemodell projiziert werden oder Web Szenen über Portal for ArcGIS oder ArcGIS Online dargestellt werden. Dazu beinhaltet map.apps 4 neben der ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x die neue Version 4.x, die die Darstellung dreidimensionaler Daten ermöglicht. Bestehende Apps und Bundles können in vollem Umfang auf Basis der map.apps 3.x Bundles weiterbetrieben werden. Beim Erstellen neuer Apps kann gewählt werden, ob Apps mit 2D Kartendarstellung mit dem gewohnten Funktionsumfang oder Apps mit einer 3D Kartendarstellung erstellt werden sollen.

Diese Version von map.apps gewährleistet, dass map.apps 3.x und map.apps 4.x en in einer Installation laufen.
