Administration of Gateways

In the Gates tab persistent gates can be created for a protected service. This means that a special URL is set up for a protected service, which is associated with a certain login. All requests to this URL are implicitly registered with this login and the corresponding rights are employed.
| A gate such as this can be used by anybody who knows the gate URL! This can only be prevented by keeping the gate URL secret and, if necessary, employing IP address filters. |
