Release Notes 1.9

This release ensures compatibility with map.apps 4.16. In map.apps 4.16, the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, which is an essential technical basis for map.apps, has been updated to version 4.28. This requires adjustments in map.apps Advanced Editing, which are provided with this release. This release is not compatible with older map.apps versions.
