Internet Explorer 11

Esri has deprecated support for Internet Explorer 11 (and Microsoft Edge Legacy) for the ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

This is the last version to support Internet Explorer 11 (and Microsoft Edge Legacy). The upcoming version map.apps 4.11 can no longer be used with Internet Explorer 11 (and Microsoft Edge Legacy).

Support is limited in scope and Esri does not recommend using it (see system requirements ). Furthermore, Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Edge instead of Internet Explorer 11.

A modern browser is recommended for running map.apps line 4. Internet Exlorer 11 is still supported for apps of line 3.

The seasons layout template is optimized for use on desktop, tablets and mobile phones. The functions contained in the respective subtemplates have been tested for mobile use. Manager views are not optimized for mobile use.

If you are using a mobile device other than those listed preceding, your device must have a minimum of 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended), a powerful multi-core processor and GPU, and the latest Android or iOS version installed.

If you are using a device that does not meet these requirements, there might be restrictions in the use of modern technologies (for example vector tiles, webscenes or large amounts of data from feature layers).
